INNER LIFE TALKS

Spoken explorations of practice, perception, and lived transformation

Teachings

Inner Life Talks are spoken explorations of practice as it unfolds in real time. Presented as informal talks, dialogues, or recorded reflections, they engage the principles, questions, and tensions that arise through sustained training. At times, a talk focuses on a specific theme—structure, attention, embodiment, or transformation—while at others, it follows what is present in the moment. These are not fixed presentations of knowledge, but living expressions of understanding, meant to be returned to, tested through experience, and lived. Over time, they form a record of how insight develops—not as theory, but as something spoken, heard, and embodied. You can also listen to the talks on SPOTIFY.
