Join Mark V. Wiley for Inner Life Talks, a weekly Facebook Live series exploring how we become more present, integrated, and capable through direct experience derived from various practices.

Each gathering begins with a focused 15–20 minute talk, followed by approximately 15 minutes of Q&A. Topics include awareness, embodiment, meditation, emotional patterns, and bringing practice into our relationships and daily activities.

Come to listen, reflect, and ask questions. Whether you are beginning your exploration or have practiced for years, you are welcome.

What to expect

  • A practical talk exploring one aspect of inner life.
  • How martial, contemplative, internal, somatic, healing, and relational practices support one another in everyday life.
  • Time for your questions, submitted through the live comments.
