INTEGRAL BEING
Conversations on the cultivation of the human being
Integral Being is a series of conversations exploring how different traditions have approached the development of awareness, character, and embodied wisdom. Across cultures and centuries, teachers, practitioners, and scholars have investigated the question of what it means to cultivate
the human being — not only intellectually, but physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Through dialogue with figures from contemplative traditions, martial arts, philosophy, psychology, and sacred culture, these conversations explore the practices, experiences, and insights that shape human development.
Rather than presenting a single doctrine, Integral Being invites
listeners into an ongoing exploration of how diverse traditions illuminate the possibilities of human
transformation.
